Find video of your choice on you tube ...Select the  "embed"  button that is just below the Youtube screen. The HTML code will appear highlighted, type "control" , "C"  (this will save the text to memory)

Open a separate browser window and open your Website and create or open content.    

Open content in  "edit"  mode.  In the body, using the text editor, click the upper left button called "Source"  now paste into the text area the HTML code you had previously copied from the Youtube embed section.

Add text or continuing editing you content ..

Below the content section select the button called "Input format"  there   "Full HTML" this will permit the HTML code you pasted to run on the server.

Finally "save"  the content you created.

The video should now appear on your page. You have now added video to your content !  

If you would like to resize the video, go back to edit, and resize it by grabbing and pulling the corners with your mouse.
