Carol,

I spoke with Neil, earlier this week about this sale of the Timmons Cir. for 22k.

What do I need to do to facilitate this transaction?

The buyer is Alen and Berit Nightingale, who live in Douglas county  

I may also have a buyer for the Andy Mountain property, can you tell me the best price you would sell this for?

In addition I may have additional sales of lots in Chile, could you detail how we would proceed with these sales.
