                       Thanks for speaking with me today.  I have a technology that I think will change the nature of the moving and storage business.
 
The idea is to create an inventory based tracking system where items can be inventoried, and tracked in a more efficient manner. Providing moving and storage with a free tracking system for each customer that permits many other options for income.
 
 
 
I am in Georgia just west of Atlanta and have an ideal location to start this concept and give you the opportunity to expand into Georgia.

The moving and storage business and the online market place consist of the same basic functions. Pick-up and delivery along with warehousing. A business that combines these two business models will be able to better compete with current models of self-storage.

This company will have it's real value in real estate, as it would consist of having storage locations in close proximity to interstates. These locations would have the added feature of providing an effective distribution point for retail products. Customer to product proximity would greatly increase while distribution cost would lower.

The model relies on an advanced on-line tracking and inventory system that tracks products and storage items. Storage clients can choose to have an inventory of items  stored. They can then move items in and out of storage at will and have them picked up or delivered as they choose. They can also sell their items if they choose to do so.

These economic efficiencies could provide a better method to move and store household items at a lower cost, in addition to providing an effective local retail distribution point for any businesses that have products to sell.

With software in place, we are now seeking investors to become involved in this project.  The property at 155 Liberty Road, Villa Rica, Georgia, 7000 sq/ft office/warehouse on two acres just off I-20 is where we would like to start.

We plan to add a truck and traditional self-storage units to our property. Offices, warehouse and showroom all from one location.   

I am looking for a select group of investors that can bring ability as well as capital to this venture.
