A single father with a 12 year old boy. A tailor by trade that made the majority of his income by developing properties.
He was retired until he purchased property and went into business in Villa Rica, Georgia in 2014

The business he started failed under unusual circumstances.  His mortgage obligations from the purchase of the Villa Rica property were his only debt and is the sole reason that motivated filing bankruptcy.

This case has assets that can be sold keep agreements. It was hoped that Bankruptcy would give time to sell these assets and bring obligations current.

In addition to assets, a variety of services are offered (see storeitorsellit.com) in order to provide income and stabilize the situation.

Directly after Chapter 7  meeting of creditors Richard Valdejulli was hired and to convert to Chapter 13.  Portions of the property were leased to generate income and work started on the storeitorsellit.com site .

On the 9th of March 2016, the case was converted to Chapter 13, and ordered to speed up the payment of the debt through a combination of income and sale of property. A trip is made to Chile and promptly 10 lots of a subdivision are sold to make all payments requested by the court.

The mortgagee is the agent and the prior property owner, who have a financial interest in getting the property sold back. They request another hearing to move the case back to Chapter 7 liquidation, the court rules in his favor, and the case is converted back to Chapter 7. Debtor is now prevented from selling his properties.

(See errors committed in this case.)

Unless prompt action is taken all properties will be liquidated for below value, by the Chapter 7 trustee, charging fees of $500.00+ per hour.

The solution to this problem is to pay the amounts due on the Liberty Road mortgage, and make arrangements to pay the mounting legal fees.

This case went from a very good situation 30 days ago, where everything would be paid and funds to continue a business would be plenty, to no income, no money, and having everything sold, without participation.

This case is a request requires income, so it can return to Chapter 13, and pay all obligations promised.

Legal and Organizational skills also requested.
