There are some properties ready for sale in Chile and I wanted to see if it is worth while getting them sold. They will sell for 3.3 million pesos each $4,714.00 in dollars, as you mentioned this depends on what the cost would be from your people for these transactions.
Since you have taken over my rental business (without authorization) there is the matter of utilities. I suppose that you will be insuring this property as well so I will cancel the insurance. 
I originally came to Chapter 7 with the understanding that this was a possibility paying my pas due amounts and keeping the 155 Liberty Road property. Although you have told me this was your intent it looks like that is not the direction you choose to take.   
It would be best to work all these matters out with you, rather than to try to once again convert this to Chapter 13.
