March 28 2016 It turns out this property is far more valued than we estimated.

No doubt I will get down there.  I got wiring instructions from Austin & Lawson's attorney, Victor Harrison to send the money.  I was hoping to wire the money by no later than Monday, the 28th.  How many lots have actually closed?  How much money do you have or expecting?  If expecting, then by when?
I have to file a "progress" report to the Court on Monday.

Two lots closed 80 and 77 they paid in cash 2.5 million each I paid the cost of the survey which was 120mil each.
I sent most of that money to you via western union, which was expensive and limited. It is important to set up an account here that will permit us to send money on a regular bases without the high cost.
Tomorrow I am going to show the closing attorneys family the land and sell 3 lots of which they will pay for one and pay instalments for the other two, $4,000,000 pesos down.  Since he is our attorney it should close this week.
Engles and Volkers has 30 that they plan to purchase, with several buyers , at 2,000,000 each, but they want to close and not give me the money until after they do a title search and record  the dead. It is a trick they play down here the last time I sold property here it took two months for me to get my money.
I told them I had to have cash at closing, and to round up the buyers they had that could do this and come to closing before Teusday, they asked if I could give them an extra day. We will see what comes of this.
Going to get signs made today, leaflets, after this sales should range between 4,000,000 and 10,000,000.
It turns out this property is far more valued than we estimated. Will send more details later.
Advice and suggestions ?
PS. I have a tenant that wants to rent a small space $300.00 at the building. I just noticed that my phone was not transfers so I am not getting my calls from the sign at Liberty Road, will fix that and maybe we will have the building rented when I return.
