I think this is a good basis, lets continue to negotiate and I will present this to the trustee.
Some questions... Are you a start up, do you have a website, and can I help you with that.

 

If all agreed, I would be going to Chile to sell these properties and pay off all required obligations.

 

While there I wanted to work by representing U.S.. businesses and products. I have several times considered the value of the business of selling the equipment you offer in Chile.

 

Would this be something you might consider?

On the subject of sales in Chile... 

I came here from Chile, in 1958 , when I was 3 years old. I have dual citizenship and considerable business experience in Chile. The region I have my property is La Serena, Chile. This area known for it's small mining sector. It is a adjacent to the  port city of Coquimbo, and I am familiar with customs entry in Chile.

Website, call back database, I built for marketing purposes for the region of La Serena, Chile.

Sales of equipment such as you represent would do very well there.

On my last trip to Chile, I found that the standard stick home was just coming into the market. I wanted to focus on the nail gun and nails, but your products are far better, and would have an instant demand in the region. This region could include Peru, Bolivia, and Argentina since our location is central to all three.       

Here is some info about me.

My situation is complicated by the fact I don't have income, I have capital, but the court will not let me use it to pay my debt.

Between your lease and the little income I can gain by selling products in Chile, my problem would be solved.

In addition I am a local, and  would do all I can to make certain you do well at this location.
