Bill-  Thx Claudio firmly believes this is an equity case.  He says he will sign the required power(s) of attorney to give the Trustee the authority to sell individual lots until sufficient funds are realized to pay all obligations of the estate.  Perhaps you start with the contracts he has already provided?  This will save the estate from the expense of going forward with the ancillary proceeding in Chile.  Please discuss with Neil and advise.  Ted

Dear Mr. Avendaño,

I believe the Court has entered more than one of the attached notices during the course of your bankruptcy case.  The attached is the most recent notice regarding the requirement for filing "Form 423" after completing a Financial Management Course.

Ted,
As I have mentioned this is rooted in my involvement in the Douglas political system.  These folk have it out for me.
In August I asked a friend and Douglas county attorney, to speak with the creditors, and the Trustee, to try and get this debt paid. He is very familiar with Jerry Austin and Victor Harrison. He told me that they don't want to be paid off and that they are upset because I tried to defend this case.
What they want is to punish, and for me to loose everything. The sale of the building and subsequent eviction was not normal and malicious.
I was then told to take care, that they may try to have my child taken away. It became absurd, and I left town in the middle of the night.
It appears that Neil is with them and assisting with this task of punishing, and not concerned with the care of the estate.
I have tried every which way to get the Trustee to close the sales we have pending. I will sign a power of attorney for each sale and the sales can start now!
The Trustee ignores these pending sales. He either wants me to give them a blanket power of attorney or to sell for nothing through the process in place in Chile...which will be a give-away!
It's bad enough to sacrifice a few of these lots to pay debt, but why all of them!
It is to the Trustees advantage to prolong this, and never give a clear accounting of the debt.
Still, my only hope is to have Neil give a total amount due and then I sell what needs to be sold. We would be lucky to have him agree to this.
The alternative is for me to file another pro se motion requesting a set amount to pay creditors and hope Bonifeld accepts it.

Thanks
Claudio
