OUR PRODUCT, TRAINING AND SUPPORT

I would like to ask you to think about this concept and maybe give some reasons why this has not been tried before, or why it would not work.  Consider a corporation that is governed by a democracy consisting of all those that are involved with the company, employees, vendors, consumers and producers.  Would not a simple service agreement permit such a company to function ?  Can open source work as a corporate method of governance?

Service agreement...

"With the successful completion of our class, you are entitled to participate with other consumers equally in an open congress that advises our company.  Our company policy will be to follow the advice of this congress."

As far as I know this is an untested proposition, to have a company run by the formula known as open source. The idea is simple,  permit anyone to run the company, a sort of "pay forward" or "Wiki" approach to business where anyone, or everyone can be the CEO. I guess this is more of an experiment in democracy, regardless, it would be interesting to test. What I ask is that you join in the experiment. 
 
Although this is an untested concept I think that it is a natural function, and is one of those things that is destined to be. I heard once that Nikola Tesla would say that he did not invent things, he discovered them. This concept for business is not an invention, it is the result of a technology. It was only waiting to be discovered. The form and use of data as it is handled today came to us through open source technology. It was originally designed to make websites, and send emails. Because it is free it enables companies like Google to form and hopefully will permit our company to grow as well.

As for what we offer, I think its the most valuable thing we have.. control of our content. If this company works out it will be the dominant method for how to control data and content, for personal and business needs.
