I wanted again bring you attention to the fact that Neil Gordon's law firm had assisted me in the past with these properties in Chile and have attached a PDF of these communications. Since there is a conflict here I was hoping that you may reconsider selling  these via a Chapter 11.
You may recall Valdejulli requesting this at the re-conversion hearing, and Jack Spain approaching you for the same, both which you opposed.
Any motion I make to the court, either pro se, or through an attorney, if opposed by your office will clearly be moot, and only serve to add more administrative feeds for the Trustee.
We are only looking for a quick and just resolution to this matter.
