Southland Machinery wishes to lease the building for the full mortgage, taxes and insurance. This offer is given to the creditors, they respond with "They can buy it at the court house steps."
As best I can understand: The Chapter 7, trustee Neil Gordon has the authority to make this lease.
I plan to call him later today to see if will authorize it. In the event he chooses not to, I will file a motion with the court to have it accepted.
