Our custom process relies on stock sizes that are used as tools to get a perfect fitting garments, with no design or tailoring skills. Most all of us have gone to a store and bought a suit off the wrack. Simply combine that experience with the ability to specify style changes and all the measurements before the clothes are made. I hope you find this a practical way to offer the quality clothing needed in today's business environment.

Our attention to hand craftsmanship is second to none. We are equally precise in following instructions and measurements. I make a pattern for each customer therefore all your future clothing ordered would always fit the same.

Made to measure with the measurements you select. Start with a suit for yourself, let us bring to you fabric samples and a coat and trouser in your size. Inspect our craftsmanship and then from a stock size adjust measurements for us to cut your clothes. We will work with you to make sure you get the garment fitting exactly as you like. Once this is done and we have these measurements on file, all future clothing will be cut  to the same precise fit. I would work closely with you or your sales personnel throughout the order process.

The following may require that you learn some new things about tailoring and importing. I believe you will find the knowledge interesting and well worth knowing. Particularly if you like your privacy, have a sense for this art, and prefer not to pay retail, then this is ideal for you.

Quality speaks for itself... let us bring a suit to you so you may see the expression, fit, hand made quality and simply compare to what you are currently offering.

HOW IT'S DONE

To get started review our website especially measurements and our order forms. Let us schedule a convenient time to bring a suit in a stock size for you to see its fit and quality. View also our collection of fabrics for a selection.

1. A stock size will give you a sense of our pattern, its balance and style. From this initial base you form the measurements that will describe a pattern representative of both the particular style you prefer as well as a correctly fitting garment. In most cases a standard stock size fits well and can be adjusted by simple changes in measurements such as waist, sleeve length or coat length etc. If you feel you would like a little more help with this then these are two alternatives.

A. We could have our local tailor help you with fitting the order.  She is an excellent tailor and does our alterations. She will assist you in filling out forms. She charges $100.00 for this service service plus the cost of any Alterations.

B. You could come visit us here in Chile and let me measure you personally. Come to see how the clothes are made, get some hands on training with our shop, spend some time in one of South Americas premier resorts Vina del Mar, and have you clothing made for you as well.

2. Payment of the clothes can be made by check or credit card.

3. You would send the order to me as an email attachment. Before cutting I will call you and we will go over the order to assure we understand your wishes. I will make a pattern using the dimensions you send to me and make the clothes exactly to the orders specifications and ship them directly to you.

4. A pattern is marked in miniature, and corrected if need be. Each customer now has a specific pattern that is kept on file assuring a perfect fitting garment time after time. Changes for style are simply made over these measurements. If customers loose or gain weight, future orders are simply increased or decreased at the waist, chest or shoulders.

5. Shipping is prepaid and is billed a rate of $85.00 for 1 to 2 suits, this is an imported item and is subject to U.S. Customs regulations. This is a simple process and we will walk you through it.

6. When you receive your clothes, if there are any adjustments a correction is made to your pattern for future orders. These final adjustments can be done by any tailor, yet I suggest you have us do your alterations to assure quality workmanship.

Most all of us have gone to a store and bought a suit off the wrack. Simply combine that experience with the ability to specify all the measurements before the clothes are made and then examine the exceptional quality of the clothes we make.
