Why handmade ?

   Because it represents the best of what the craft of  tailoring can do.  Hundreds of years of western civilization have come together to develop this quality of garment.  Paintings are about brushstrokes, and fine clothing is about hand stitches... it’s genuine... it’s subtle. 

   Handmade clothes hold a certain intrinsic beauty to those who appreciate the time and effort required to produce this unique style of clothing.

   I know that there are many manufactures that will provide you with a product described as "handmade," and in some sense, all clothes are hand made.  Unfortunately, the childhood story of  "The Emperor's New Clothes",  is more fact than fiction. We live in a world of specialization, where few men have the time to understand the clothes they buy, and the name on the label has superseded our understanding of quality and beauty.

 I put more than 40 hours of work into one coat compared to a manufactured garment that is made in less than 30 minutes.

Today I work  from my home in Villa Rica.  I attend customers by appointment  and do alterations as well as make clothes.
