For 100 thousand years human kind changed little, in the past 200 years change has accelerated dramatically. This is not only apparent in population growth but by unprecedented technological changes along with a new understanding of who we are and how we and the universe function.This is an effort to understand this change and the relationship it has to us. To understand the variables and their relationships to each other and then surmise a path of least resistance for governance, community and the underling economic system that would best suit humanity given current resources of information. The result is this hypothesis. A conceptual idea for economic and social change that may test new concepts. This is an individual suggestion and I would be interested in your input. I would hope to stimulate the conducting of other experiments forming organization's with various structures to those outlined here. To test and improve the economic and social conditions, in light of new science and understanding.The central idea is to format a design for a cooperative organization using this site.
