In 1915, in Atlanta, Leo Frank, a Jew and Yankee, was accused and convicted of the murder of Mary Phagan. His death sentence was commuted to life in prison, which sparked his abduction and lynching by a new secret society called the Knights of Mary Phagan. This society although new included past and present governors, mayors, legislators and sheriffs.
Incited by these events, five months later on Thanksgiving day, William James Simmons and 15 men climbed Stone Mountain to burn a cross, and proclaimed the rebirth of the Invisible empire of the KKK Ku Klux Klan. By the late 1920's the Kan boasted millions of members.
These events point to an underling invisible community within government that can quickly overrule the visible lawful system. The 2021 insurrection od the U.S. Capitol is another example of the same.
Human beings naturally form groups to aid security and support common interests. The organization of these groups are normally led by a dominant male and are tyrannical. In a republic, a tyrant comes about when one group takes absolute power over all others, for which Hitler is a good example.
Although the Republic has been around since the Greeks, it was always threatened by tyrants, and was never the type of all inclusive democracy we have in America. Republics are ruled by a select group of chosen people, and not by the population at large. This is the distinction between the Republican and Democratic parties.
The American democracy is a recent experiment and there are many forces that don't approve of giving everyone the ability to vote. This is why we have secret societies which operate under tyrannical or republican systems, they operate within our Democracy, and work to tip the balance of power in favor of powerful individuals.
Treason is the crime that covers some of the more extreme acts against a nation. In the American democracy, even small subversion's of our constitution, or local attacks of democratic standards is treason, albeit in small increments. The objective of these secret societies is to subvert democratic choices in favor of more autocratic or tyrannical authority, and to go unnoticed.
Generally, those that would wish to subvert democracy, do so for power. When you gain power over a government you gain vast opportunities. Simply put, there is only one reason to subvert democracy, and that is to take something that is not yours, which is more commonly called theft.
When tyrants wish to take over a government it starts with behind the scenes activity, suppression of the press, domination of the courts, and attacks on intellectuals. The goal is the complete removal of the opposition. Tyrants have always been, and always will be with us, therefore attacks to a democracy have always been, and always will be with us.
One religion describes the taking of an apple, a single act of theft, as the cause of all evil. People have always been attempting to take what does not belong to them, and our government is replete with opportunities to take from others. Therefore, the government is a magnet for thieves.
The social maladies we call evil are in fact embedded in our economics and education. Education because no one that is truly educated would take from another what does not belong to them. Economics because by establishing specific rules and laws you can create economic advantages or incentives for some, while taking from others without them noticing.
What we call good and evil, is also found in the outcome of choices and individual interactions, and on a grand scale evil is a measure or the sum of many small individual choices.
The quality or character of our society is made through the many individual choices each of us make every day.
A conspiracy, our society, and economics is further defined through the discipline of "Game Theory", which teaches that social and economic conditions are governed by many individual interactions. The outcome of these interactions are governed by the rules of society, the choices we make, and the frequency of transactions.
One very important rule of Game Theory is that if no one knows you are cheating, you will win every time.
Money buys media, and voters can be manipulated. In a democracy, a conspiracy by a well organized upper class will always succeed, because the upper class is smarter, has far more money than the lower class, is far better organized, and can buy politicians and judges all day long.
With the structure of a well organized mafia dedicated to conspiracy, secrecy, and graft, you can intimidate and cheat your way into power, and no one will do anything about it, because no one will know. In fact this is how society has always functioned, and operates today, we are simply unaware of the fact.
We have always had a variety of groups that operate behind the scenes in conjunction with our government. This is not a conspiracy theory, but a simple fact of human nature that we should not shy away from, but instead be more attentive to.
I also think that the government has always been a mechanism for the tribe in power to take from the others. This is no mystery, it is human nature to form tribes and there is no shortage of greed. It is an established fact that you get more done if what you are doing is kept secret from those that may oppose your agenda.
Try telling everyone you plan to rob a bank, and see how well that robbery works for you.
The difference, and the problem is that today information can be broadcasted by anyone. Activities that were once kept hidden, are now open, and readily available online.
All behind the scenes power structures that are based on theft would be concerned they may lose their grip on power. Because of these concerns, these structures would unite with the similar structures of corruption in other parts of the world, like Russia. Together they would push for a more restrictive type of government, one that is not as our constitution provides for.
Criminal groups are normally tyrannical, they are autocracies based on patronage, built on the exchange of favors or payments given by leaders to subordinates. Organized crime is generally also an autocracy based on patronage. If an organized criminal group is large enough to take control of our nation, it would already be in place, it would already be conducting behind the scenes activity, suppressing the press, dominating the courts,
attacking intellectuals, and removing opposition. In fact it would today be the evolved form of the secret society that overthrew the English King, and created our republic.
Of course there are good groups, but in a democracy only criminal, or unethical activities need to be kept hidden.
In an autocracy, a tyrant is in the business of taking public resources, and transferring them to his supporters. It is the nature of a tyranny to subjugate its peasants. For 99.9% of human history the Monarchy was all we knew, this activity was not considered unethical, or criminal, but noble.
Our democracy is a very recent historical development, and in a democracy such as ours, all the former tyrannical organizations would have no problem surviving, they would simply need to conduct their activities in secret.

A requirement for a true democracy is the concept of equal justice, but there is a more traditional justice which opposes equal justice:
The term justice was described some 2500 years ago in Plato’s Republic. In the dialog Thrasymachus' states that justice is nothing but the advantage of the stronger. Justice is to be good to your own, but to harm all others. Socrates tries to explain that justice should be a set of laws that apply to all equally. This is why Socrates is Socrates, he is teaching a radical and new concept of justice, the type of justice we hope for today.
Equal justice under the law is a phrase engraved on the front of the United States Supreme Court building in Washington D.C., and is also a societal ideal that is central to the American legal system.
Equal justice is an ideal we struggle for, not a reality.
These are not mere ideals, they are the foundation of America. We strive to be a nation of laws, not a rabble of tyrants like Russia, or some third world nation. We are not a nation where only the strong have advantage.
We are in a constant struggle with these two forms of justice. Reality can be that a powerful man can rape a young girl, and no one will do anything about it---, or we are a nation of laws, that protect the weak and defends political freedoms.
America is that nation that stands for the opposite of what is tyranny.
We overcame a President that used a bankruptcy court several times, to avoid his obligations, Trump was part of this group that has that other justice as its standard. In the presidency we had a Republican who believes that the advantage of the stronger is justice. That one must be good to your own, while harming all others. People who have no concern for others, no concern for the truth, only a single minded concern for power.
One diagnostic criterion of narcissistic personality disorder is a lack of empathy, and an unwillingness or inability to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others. This is precisely what is needed to be good at this other justice. When justice is about “the advantage of the strong”, then the more deceitful, sociopathic, and narcissistic you are, the greater the advantage you have in society.
This is exactly how Putin’s Russian Clan operates, if you tow the line you prosper, if you don’t, Putin will have the courts take it all away from you... if you persist they kill you.
This is also exactly what Trump wanted to establish. He had a large following of very loyal political figures that once having lost the election, were willing to perform an insurrection against congress to overthrow the democratic choice of our nation.
So, if I fight this bankruptcy, or if I point to these problems, should I be afraid for my life - am I confronting some secret society that rules Georgia who wishes to show they take care of their own?
