Experienced Handyman/builder/remodeler available for mostly all your home improvement needs at a flat rate of $20/hr flat fee for all jobs, (4 hr minimum) +materials. No overcharging or unnecessary fees. Building sheds, decks, screen porches, etc, remodeling basements, kitchen, baths, (light plumbing only), flooring, sheetrock, painting, trim work & repairs. Trying to help out homeowners with limited budgets. Occassionally hardware or supplies thrown in depending on what I have available.
